Before you see the results, here are two things you need to know.

There will be some restaurants that say Critical Infraction and Non-Critical Infraction. Here is the definition according to Middlesex Health Unit.

Critical Infraction- Infractions that have the potential to lead to foodborne illness.

Non-Critical Infraction– Infractions that have a minimal potential to lead to foodborne illness.
