Not saying the interviewer did a bad job but one of my pet peeves is when I hear the same old questions asked to great people. When I do an interview it doesn't matter if it's a nobody or Raekwon the Chef. I make sure the interview is something you can learn from not info you can find on wikipedia. My favourite answers are @ 1:30 and around 4 minutes. I relate to this strongly concerning his daily schedule. The only thing that really suffers is, social life? What is that? What does that amount to?
