maybe not so much for Shyne anymore but I sure do appreciate this song more now being a. Older and b. Shyne now being a complete letdown after 10 years behind bars. Believe me I took into account that 10 years in the same building, property, would definitely change someone for sure. But props to him for doing the bid….and coming out and getting back into rhyming again after all that time. Anyways, this track off of Godfather Buried Alive is really an ode to all things glorified in the world of being a drug-dealing gangsta. Yes I’ll get down with gangsta music if it sounds great and gives you a feeling (Shyne, Tupac, The LOX (first album)). This was the album released while he was starting/going through the start of his bid….Classic to me.
