The first single from Foreign Exchange's Authenticity was "Maybe She'll Dream of Me," a love-lorn tale about the curious mind tip-toeing around a shred of optimism that the person you love just may love you back. In this new video directed by Matt Koza, the first visual to accompany material from Authenticity, Phonte's doing more than tip-toeing around his love interest; he's slipping, sinking, falling, tripping, and ultimately, chasing after a girl that always seems just out of reach. Judging from what we see near the end of the video, all the aggravation may have been worth it. It appears he got his wish after all.

In this new video directed by Matt Koza, the first visual to accompany material from Authenticity, Phonte’s doing more than tip-toeing around his love interest; he’s slipping, sinking, falling, tripping, and ultimately, chasing after a girl that always seems just out of reach.
