New York based rapper Hooide Allen is making a stop in Toronto on April 28th 2012 at the Virgin Mobile Mod Club. To be completely honest I have not heard much about Allen until one day stumbling on billboard.com. Scrolling through the charts I was surprised to find out that Allen has the #10 album in the U.S. Curious to learn more I did a little digital digging and found out that the MC has been selling out shows across the country and has already sold out The Wrongbar in Toronto, causing his upcoming show to be moved to the Virgin Mobile Mod Club. With over 124k likes on facebook and millions of hits on youtube there has to be something about the MC that has people buzzing. Get your tickets early if you can, by the looks of it this one is going to be a definite sellout.
