Fresh Fridays, y’all! D.O. just dropped this gem today in another Friday edition leading up to the May 15th release of Heavy In The Game, and this may be my favourite one yet. We already heard a preview of “Shut It Down” in the music video for “Small Town”, and now we get the full version. Both D.O.’s and Rochester’s verses are tight, but Rochester steals the show in this one for me with his Iverson punchlines. Jahronomo Inc. provides the horn-driven production for the two.
