California producer Freddie Joachim is back with “Morning Calm”, an ultra-smooth, piano-laced instrumental. I’ve made the comparison to Nujabes before, and I’ll make it again here. Not to take anything away from what Joachim is doing by comparing his sound to someone else, but this would sound right at home on Metaphorical Music – not at all a bad thing.
