On November 4, 2013 Chicago phenom Chance The Rapper will be returning to Toronto as part of his “Social Experiment” North American tour featuring guests DJ Rashad & Spinn. It’s been a very successful year for the up-and-coming rapper and with the release of Acid Rap, Chance is taking the underground music scene by storm while he continues to watch his fan base grow.
