Schroff is a Rap producer and DJ from London, England, known for his powerful Trap, Lean, Trill, and Hip Hop beats. He also co-owns FKK Records, a new UK-based Hip Hop label and production company for up-and-coming UK, US, and international Rap artists.
What I love about this track is it’s unpredictability. It mixes so many different beats, genres, and tempos. The chorus is so catchy- this could be playing in clubs everywhere. The first time I listened to this, I felt my brain exploding from all the new sounds my ears just fed them. There are some unreal Lean Trap in “Empire”; Schroff reminds me of Tinie Tempah, but with more abrasive, meshing beats.
“Empire” also features Strive, an 18 year old artist and co-founder of the “Alpha Music” movement based in Islington, North London. These are some truly established artists, making some sick tracks. I can’t wait for what’s next.
