I definitely wasn’t expecting this one to drop late last night. I knew it was coming sometime this year having spoke to Jay Downz about it shortly after it was recorded, but he hit us all by surprise announcing a new project with the release of a crazy single “Count Me In” featuring Joell Ortiz. Recorded at Streestscape Sounds in London, Jay Downz linked up with Joell Ortiz while he was stopping through the city on tour, that studio session lead to something phenomenal being created. Jay Downz’s new mixtape Antihero will hopefully be out in the near future, as well as his new instrumental tape. For now, take in the introduction to Antihero, “Count Me In” featuring Joell Ortiz.
