Spek Won reenters the world of hip hop soul/jazz with his new video for “E(ART)H”, directed by Mark Valino. Accompanied by producer and Hiatus Kaiyote band member Silent Jay, Spek Won takes viewers through the alluring streets of Melbourne Australia while poetically executing his testimony over the ATCQesque instrumentation of Filipino Australian Silent Jay (who recently toured with Flying Lotus) Production. After a year of recording and touring in Asia and Europe, arguably one of Toronto’s finest, finally concludes the creation of his debate album. “I even skipped out on SXSW this year” says the dedicated song writer about having to focus on the completion of his socially conscious, soulful music scrapbook SOFA KING AMAZING available April 12th.
