Drake – “Summer Sixteen”

On episode 14 OVO Sound Radio debuts highly anticipated new Drake. Thinking it might be a commercial new single from Views From The 6, Drake instead releases “Summer Sixteen”. A savage and impactful track that almost breaks the internet.

Calling out Tory Lanez and arch rival Meek Mill, the 6 God shows no mercy as he delivers bar after bar of nothing but quotables. Produced by 40, Boi1da, and Cuebeatz, the track includes all of Drake’s signatures sonic elements as well as a deadly switch up where Drake really takes his shots.

After a repeating “Summer Sixteen” four straight times on OVO Sound Radio, Drake gives a short speech about his intentions and announces that Views From The 6 will be released this April which is a ¬†references ¬†of Toronto’s area code (4/16= 416).
