[Event] 9th Annual Manifesto Festival Sept 16-20

Founded in 2007, Manifesto is an annual arts and culture festival serving to foster the local music industry, and designed to inspire and help youth develop their creative minds. The 9th annual Manifesto occurs from September 16th to 20th this year, and features a variety of local as well as international acts that you won't want to miss.
