Today, Phonte (of Little Brother and The Foreign Exchange fame) released the visuals to "Gonna Be A Beautiful Night", nearly a year after the release of his excellent 2011 album Charity Starts At Home. Once again, Tigallo teamed up with Kenneth Price (director of 9th Wonder's documentaries, The Wonder Year and The Harvard Fellow) for the visuals, as he has for every video off Charity Starts At Home. For more on the Greensboro, North Carolina artist, check out our interview with him and 9th Wonder. Check out the visuals to "Gonna Be A Beautiful Night" below.
New Tigallo! Phonte just dropped the visuals to "Eternally" featuring Median, one of my favourite tracks off his Charity Starts At Home album. This comes as the fourth set of visuals off the album, after "The Good Fight", "Dance in the Reign", and "The Life of Kings". For more on Phonte, check out Chedo's interview with him. Check out the visuals to "Eternally" below.
New Tigallo! Phonte just dropped the visuals for the 9th Wonder-produced "The Life Of Kings", off his solid latest album Charity Starts At Home. Phonte's mom steals the show in this one, making a guest appearance and spitting Evidence's verse. This comes as the third video off the album, after "Dance In The Reign" and my personal favourite "The Good Fight". Be sure to also check out Chedo's recent interview with Phonte and 9th Wonder. Check out the visuals for "The Life Of Kings" below.
New Tiggalo, New Tiggalo, New Tiggalo. It's been a good day for music videos, Phonte just released the visuals for The Good Fight from the Charity Starts at Home album which was released late 2011. I still have yet to release my interview with Phonte and 9th Wonder that I did in Toronto. Patience is a virtue, for now enjoy the music video.
Here's a new video from Phonte for the first cut off his Charity Starts at Home LP. The track was produced by Swiff D. Kenneth Price, who directed the 9th Wonder documentary The Wonder Year, directed the video.
