Common and NO I.D. bring their second release off Nobody Smiling, "Made In Black America." Ab Soul represents for the new school as he is featured on a guest verse with the two hip-hop legends. Everything the duo has released for Nobody Smiling is an instant classic in my eyes. I respect the fact that Common has always brought soulful hip-hop to the fans, and "Made In Black America" is another hit for his resume. Fans know that Common and NO I.D. have a history of great collaborations- Let us know what you think of the crews latest track, and tell us some of your past favorites from these two artists as well.
Top Dawg Entertainment's female artist, SZA connects with Ab-Soul as the two label mates release a remix for "Ice.Moon" off her S mixtape. Produced by Felix Snow, the song immediately captures listener's ears with uplifting vocals provided by SZA and a fitting verse from Ab-Soul. Stream the TDE remix below.
Nothing is more reassuring than the tight squeeze between fans and smoke filled atmosphere that tells us this is going to be a memorable night. If the walls could speak, they would be choking. The show starts off with Toronto’s own Dillan Ponders delivering his heavy influenced tracks. At the same time the crowd begins to get faded, light up and prove we are more than ready for the Smokers Club Tour. Toronto’s Jimmy B brought out Raheem and preformed their collaboration: All Day. Both Toronto artists preformed incredibly and the crowd seemed really impressed asking who they were and shouting with approval. Peep the full review and photography after the jump!
