Rapper Brother Ali, who is signed to Rhymesayers Entertainment will be coming to Toronto on September 30, 2012 alongside special guests. It has been said that he finds much of his inspiration from late 1980s rappers such as KRS-One and Rakim while also having an appreciation for "mainstream" artists such as Jay-Z, Rick Ross and Lil Wayne. His unique delivery of lyrics should make this show an interesting one. I caught PUTS last time they were in TO at the Opera House. These cats put on one of the most entertaining shows I've seen. The vibe is like they are rockin' a house party rather than a concert. And with the homie D-Sisive, it's well worth the ticket price.
What: People Under the Stairs live in concert w/ D-Sisive opening. Facebook.
Where: The Annex Wreckroom, 794 Bathurst Street, Toronto.
