Rock The Bells returns for its 10 Year Anniversary with a line up that is sure to attract hip-hop fans across generations. The festival will kick off at San Manuel Amphitheater in San Bernardino, California on September 7 and 8 and make its way to Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California on September 14 and 15. The tour will continue on the east coast with new festival sites at RFK Festival Grounds in Washington D.C. on September 28 and 29, and at Meadowlands Racetrack in East Rutherford, New Jersey on October 4 and 5.
Current superstars such as Kid Cudi, Big KRIT, Tyler the Creator and rap super-group Black Hippy will be sharing the stage with old favorites like Wu-Tang Clan, Rakim and Bone Thugs N Harmony for what will be one of the most memorable hip-hop concerts in recent history. If the big names weren't enough, we will also get a chance to see other very talented artists like Talib Kweli and Dilated Peoples who have gained much respect among the biggest names in hip-hop. Another unique feature of this concert series is that it will feature virtual performances from the Godfather of Gangster Rap, the late Eazy-E, and Ol' Dirty Bastard of the Wu-Tang Clan. This has received approval by their families of course.
Virtual performances are sure to have their share of critics but there is no doubting they will expose these artists to a new set of fans who will also have a chance to appreciate their music like we did. Chuuwee has been hard at work preparing for the release of his mixtape Wildstyle. Crown Me King dropped back in April, and it quickly became one of my favourite projects of the year. The California natives ability to bring back 90's hip-hop is really something special. It's rare for a young emcee to still take such an old-school approach with their music, and then pulling it off with such authenticity like Chuuwee does. Today Chuuwee's pride and joy is released to the masses, and thankfully Wildstyle picks up right where Crown Me King left off. If you're a real hip-hop head I think this is something you need to hear.

"Winds of Change" is my 2nd #GetRightTuesdays release. It's a vent record that touches on my current situation in the industry and also encourages the young generation to just keep their head down and keep pushing. My mixtape, For The Hopeful, will be dropping later this Fall.

Finally another project is on it's way and until then Azad is dropping a new song every other Tuesday before For The Hopeful drops in full. The song features Maffew Ragazino who helps Azad discuss the life of being with girls, while having a girl. This is definitely a cool track so be sure to check it out below.
