Gold PP7s album through Fat Beats, continuing their ascendance after their excellent
Detroit Revolution(s) album. For a video gamer and hip-hop head like myself, the Detroit foursome form the perfect combination of nerd references (even down to their
Goldeneye-referencing title) and straight up mic skills. Early favourites on
Gold PP7s are "Continue", "Beats, Rhymes & Life", "Sparring Session", "War Drums"... ah hell,

Detroit's Clear Soul Forces just dropped the visuals to "Continue", off their excellent recent Gold PP7s release (out via Fat Beats Records). The four emcees shot the video to "Continue" while on tour in Europe, promoting their album. I'll maintain, these guys are still one of my favourite groups to listen to from the past two years, and deserve way more exposure than they've received so far. I mean, the sheer fact that Noveliss name drops both The Legend of Korra and The Legend of Zelda makes "Continue" an automatic win in my books. Yes, yes, y'all! Detroit's Clear Soul Forces just released "Beats x Rhymes x Life", the first single off their upcoming project, Gold PP7s. Once again, Noveliss, L.A.Z, E-Fav and Ilajide are back to business, taking turns to bless the mic over Ilajide's soulful, horn-laced production. This comes just over a month after CSF released
