Trio Migos dropped their new single, "Get Down" featuring Gucci Mane during the Superbowl on Sunday. "Get Down" is off Gangsta Grillz's mixtape Solid Foundation, and returns Migos to the bouncy trap beats they are infamous for. After releasing the dope R&B, Auto-tuned track "They Don't Know" over a week ago, "Get Down" welcomes us back to absolute Migos-ness with a bit of Gucci flare. This track really entertained me; halfway through, you'll hear some yelling and every variation of gun shot imitations made by Migos that comes off more humorously then in a menacing way (which I think was actually the intention). Personally, I love every track Migos releases; they're all catchy, they're all trap-heavy and Southern influenced, and they often border on sheer excessiveness- what's not to enjoy?
Gucci Fans: what do ya'll think of this? Not that I expect many Gucci fans to come to The Come Up Show website, since we cover something called SUBSTANCE. K-Lis Update: Spokesperson Kali Bowyer says Mane's tattoo is "a reminder to fans of how he chooses to live his life. Cool as ice. As in 'I'm so icy, I'll make ya say Brr.'"
