After dropping several bangers which were received with praise throughout the hip hop community, T.Y. has established himself as one of the top emcees to keep an eye on in 2015. When word broke that T.Y. was cooking up a joint project with Chef Byer (a hometown hero in his own right) the heads and bloggers out here on the interweb became very excited. Two artist of this caliber joining forces is something special, and I feel it's safe to say that this upcoming project will be nothing but beneficial for Canadian hip hop and its growing success. Coming off the success of "Hands Are Tied," T.Y drops his latest offering, "Hometown Hero." This joint takes you on a journey through various instances in the past two years of his personal life. The high's and low's. Trials and tribulations. Be sure to check this latest joint out, and be on the look out for, The Beautiful Exchange, dropping soon.
