I honestly feel that this will be the best year for music but then again, I say this every year. It's not my fault that music keeps getting better and better, and that's a good thing. One of my favourite artists who's also getting better Johnny Rain. You might have heard of
Johnny Rain through his critically acclaimed mixtape, Lullaby of Machine, which was dropped earlier this year. Well, he's back with another track, this time taking away the emphasis on his usual heavy production and relying more on his,
stellar vocals. Let me know what you guys think!
Usually when you download a mixtape there’s a few songs that you don’t like and there’s a few that are worth putting on your iPod. This isn’t the case when you’re listening to Johnny Rain’s Lullaby of Machine. Straying from the typical RnB sound while fusing amazing vocals and futuristic beats, it’s obvious that this EP is a masterpiece. The production value on songs like "twisted high" and the way he flows through the music like he did on "Pisces", makes it safe to say this is only the beginning. Still not convinced? Be sure to listen to "NAKED", which in my opinion, is the best song of 2013.
