Quake Matthews is back with his Myth Monday campaign. This time, teaming up with JRDN; an incredibly talented singer from Halifax. Whenever Quake and JRDN team up, they always create something crazy! With Cory LeRue on the production as well, "Suitcase" is an instant hit. This is one that needs some spins all over the radio. Quake Matthews has been going hard dropping tracks every Monday and as each one is released, I get more and more excited for the next week. Quake has always been one of my favorite Canadian emcee's so I find myself waking up anxious to hear what he's about to drop. If you haven't been following Myth Mondays, I'd check his page to get caught up! "Suitcase" is one for anyone who's ever been contemplating leaving a relationship they're in. One of the events kicking things off for Stylus Weekend is the pre award show nominee party happening May 27th 2012 @ The Mod Club in Toronto. The event will have a number of awards being handed out in categories for Underground Hip Hop DJ of the Year, College Radio Show of the Year, Club MC of the Year, and DJ Mixtape of the Year. This nominee party is a nice warm up of what to expect from the Monday May 28th awards ceremony. In addition to awards being handed out there will also be performances from some of Canada's brightest up and coming talent slated to perform. Shi Wisdom ,Son Real, Shaun Boothe and others will be hitting the stage making for an amazing night of talent to be enjoyed . Make sure you get your tickets before they are sold out.
