I'm still recovering and feeling very inspired from this year's Manifesto, couldn't believe the festival turned seven already. Shouts to the staff, volunteers, partners, and everyone involved in making it possible. I started my Manifesto weekend by attending "The Beat" on Friday which featured Sango, Lancescape, Sunclef, Rich Kidd, Elaquent and Rich Kidd. Saturday I took down some great notes at the panels and Sunday was Live At The Square. On September 5th 2012, rapper and producer BLU will make his return to Toronto along side Toronto's very own NOTES TO SELF. Since the release of his collaboration with DJ Exile on the album "Below the Heavens" released in 2007, gaining the Los Angeles rapper much recognition, including a XXL Top 10 Freshman feature, and HipHopDX Rookie of the Year. He has released over a half a dozen projects since than, showing no signs of slowing dowm. Check the details below as this will be a great night of music.
