Remember back in June when Relic dropped a beat tape, fundraising for his latest album? That album is finally here in the form of Miles To Go, an inspirational, cleverly-crafted 14-track offering from the Toronto-based emcee/producer. Stream and purchase Miles To Go below, and check out the visuals for the standout track "Work of Heart".
Relic just dropped the visuals to his self-produced "Work Of Heart", the first single off his forthcoming album Miles to Go. In order to fund his upcoming album, Relic has put out a beat tape titled For the Record, from which the proceeds will go towards the cost of releasing Miles to Go. Check out the visuals to "Work Of Heart" below - which goes hard, by the way - and purchase the single on his Bandcamp, where you can also download the free Muneshine remix. Miles to Go is scheduled for release on September 7th. For any fans in Western Canada, Relic will be performing in Saskatoon on July 14th and 20th, Winnipeg on July 17th, Edmonton on July 21st, and Calgary on July 22nd. Full details can be found here.
"For The Record" is just that. Proceeds from this release will be put towards the cost of bringing you the next full length album "Miles to Go" available Sept. 7th, 2012. Please pay what you can. If you're broke (like us) enjoy the music, and please help us spread the word by passing the link to others. Thank you for your continued support, financial and otherwise. - Relic
It's been nearly a year since Relic aka REL McCoy's last release, but the emcee/producer is back with his beat tape entitled For The Record. With 19 tracks, there's plenty of beats for all tastes here, whether you want something to freestyle to or relax and kick back to. Upon first listen, my favourites are "Junction", "Zesty", "Introspec", "KastAway", "MonCher", and "Victory". Stream and download/ purchase the beat tape below.
As we go into a brand new year, I would like to reflect on what The Come Up Show has accomplished in 2010. The great memories created with interviews like Curren$y, Wiz Khalifa, and D-Sisive. Interviews I NEVER expected with Reflection Eternal and the first Summer Jam Canada with Busta Rhymes, Fabolous, Rick Ross and T-Pain was a part of history.
The Best of 2010 is for our fans we've gained in 2010 and a great time capsule for our fans who have been supporting since day one. Make sure to watch the video in full as we have included a sneak peek of 2011 with Jay Electronica, Bun-B, Brother Ali, and Pharoahe Monch.
Thank you very much for you love and support.
Happy New Year and Best Wishes from The Come Up Show Team.
