Atlanta trio Migos has brought us a sexy, smooth R&B track titled "They Don't Know" featuring
Rico Love,
and I thank them for this. While out of their usual comfort zone (think "Versace", "Hannah Montana", "Bando"), Migos has swapped bouncy, trap beats for some slower, auto-tuned ballads. Like everyone else, I am also surprised- but it works, and it's an amazing track. Migos stays true to their southern charm towards the end of the end of the track for those who are worried it got lost amid all this wonderful, smooth, dreaminess. It's not a bad thing, I think Migos is onto something new here; they tackled a new project and passed with flying colours. More tracks like "They Don't Know" on a future album? I think so!
