Here is a new video from the V.I.C. "Victorious Impervious Champions" collaboration album Ruste Juxx and The Arcitype recently released through AR Classic Records and Duck Down Music. The song titled "Stand Strong" features Sarah Miller on the chorus, taking the verses to their climax as Ruste paints a picture of how hard it may be sometimes to overcome certain obstacles, and Hi-Lite Reel Boston captures it well.
Ruste Juxx and The Arcitype recently dropped the visuals to "Rock to the Rhythm", off their upcoming album entitled V.I.C., set for release on September 25th. On the surface, the title V.I.C. stands for “Victorious Impervious Champions.” Digging deeper, it’s also a reference to Juxx’s real name, Victor Evans. Says Juxx, "It’s a fresh new sound, no sampling on the album, no cursing… I’m really proud of it." Check out the visuals to "Rock to the Rhythm" below.
Ruste Juxx and Kyo Itachi let loose the visuals for "Termin 8" yesterday, featuring F.T. Stand Out. "Termin 8" comes as the third set of visuals off Ruste Juxx & Kyo Itachi's Hardbodie Hip Hop album, after "Hardest From The Underground" and "Strapped Wit A Whut!". On "Termin 8", the Duck Down emcee once again provides solid bars over some banging production. Check out the visuals to "Termin 8" below.
I'm really feeling all this new music from Duck Down recently, Ruste Juxx's video for "Hardest From the Underground" being the latest example. "Hardest From the Underground" is off Juxx's most recent album, Hardbodie Hip Hop. Nothing but pure boom-bap goodness and scratches over a gritty guitar sample. The Crown Heights, Brooklyn emcee provides some solid bars over the production to make for a definite head-nodder. Check out the video below.
SHOTS FIREEDDD. I absolutely love this song, I rewind it every single time I play it on The Come Up Show. Straight lyrics, dope beats, that's Hip-Hop.
Marco Polo & Ruste Juxx present their latest video for "Rearview." Music off the album The eXXecution, in stores now on Duck Down Music. Video directed by Chris Strikes.
