[Review] Under The Influence of Music Tour ft. Wiz Khalifa, A$AP Rocky, Joey Bada$$, Trinidad James, B.o.B. (Toronto)

The English dictionary classifies “Influence” as a power affecting a person, thing, or course of events, especially one that operates without any direct or apparent effort. However, being Under the Influence is something totally different within itself and nobody seems to pull this off better than Wiz Khalifa. After announcing his Under the Influence of Music tour earlier this summer, it was evident hip-hop fans would have something to look forward too. I had the opportunity to review last years tour with special guests Mac Miller, Kendrick Lamar, and couldn't wait to come back this year. With only two scheduled Canadian dates, the tour made it’s way to Toronto’s Molson Amphitheatre on August 10, 2013 for the second last stop. The second edition of Under The Influence tour promised to be just as exciting, featuring Joey Bada$$, Trinidad James, B.O.B., A$AP Rocky, Pro Era, Smoke DZA, and Taylor Gang's own Berner and Chevy Woods. [Video] August Alsina ft. Trinidad James – I Luv This Shit (Dir: Motion Family)

Every summer there's always that one track that's going to be played everywhere and this year it's "I Luv This Shit" by August Alsina & Trinidad James. Maybe it's the heavy bass or maybe it's the smooth vocals, but it's obvious that this is August Alsina's ticket to the music industry. The Def Jam artist recently dropped his mixtape, The Product 2, hosted by DJ Drama and it's definitely worth the listen. With his first national tour as the opening act for The Dream and Kelly Rowland, it's clear that he isn't slowing down. [Video] Nardwuar at SXSW 2013

Nardwuar is at SXSW once again, and he's already been plenty busy. After meeting up with Joey Bada$$ and Pro Era earlier this week, he's now released video interviews with Trinidad Jame$, as well as Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. Both interviews are definitely entertaining, and well worth watching. They're also more than likely not the last of Nardwuar's interviews at SXSW. Check out the interviews below.
