[Staff Lists] The Come Up Show’s Favourite Videos of 2013
2013 was a fine year for hip-hop videos. Not only did Drake win the BET award for "Best Hip-Hop Video", Macklemore & Ryan Lewis took home the VMAs "Best Hip-Hop video" for "Can't Hold Us" ft. Ray Dalton and Classified ft. David Myles won "Video of the Year", "Best Hip-Hop Video" and "MuchFact Video of the Year" for "Inner Ninja" at the MMVAs. Music videos always add another dimension to the track, but while they can make us think of a song in a new light, at times they can leave us scratching our heads. Here are The Come Up Show's staff list of our favourite hip-hop videos of 2013 that blew our minds.

[Contest] Win Tickets to see Tyler The Creator live in Concert
The Come Up Show is giving away tickets to see Tyler The Creator! The first pair will be for his show on September 7th at the London Music Hall in London. The second pair of tickets will be for his show on September 8th at The Sound Academy in Toronto. You can only win one pair of tickets and a contestant will be picked from London and Toronto.
The contest is set up below, you can enter daily until the contest is over on Friday at noon. The options are to follow us on our social media and to promote it. The higher the entries the more that tells us you really want to win the tickets! [Audio] Elaquent – “Treehome 94 1/2”
Elaquent recently dropped this instrumental reworking of Tyler, The Creator's "Treehome95", dubbing the remix "Treehome94 1/2". The finished piece is totally different from the original; instead of the piano and bells arrangement on the original Wolf track (which, in my opinion, was one of the strongest tracks on the album), we're treated to a funkier, electronic-sounding, neo-soul adaptation. The percussion is beefed up as well; the snares in Elaquent's remix have a certain added life from those on the smooth, laid-back "Treehome95". The end result?
