I'm still recovering and feeling very inspired from this year's Manifesto, couldn't believe the festival turned seven already. Shouts to the staff, volunteers, partners, and everyone involved in making it possible. I started my Manifesto weekend by attending "The Beat" on Friday which featured Sango, Lancescape, Sunclef, Rich Kidd, Elaquent and Rich Kidd. Saturday I took down some great notes at the panels and Sunday was Live At The Square. Check out the photo gallery below by our photographer CZR-E from the performances at Live at The Square featuring acts such as John River, Wolf J, Freedom Writers, TFHOUSE, Kardinal Offishall, Solitair, Blake Carrington, Raz Fresco, Notes To Self, Jully Black, Jhene Aiko, and Souls of Mischief. Let me know if you were at any of the events and what your favourite performance was.
As we go into a brand new year, I would like to reflect on what The Come Up Show has accomplished in 2010. The great memories created with interviews like Curren$y, Wiz Khalifa, and D-Sisive. Interviews I NEVER expected with Reflection Eternal and the first Summer Jam Canada with Busta Rhymes, Fabolous, Rick Ross and T-Pain was a part of history.
The Best of 2010 is for our fans we've gained in 2010 and a great time capsule for our fans who have been supporting since day one. Make sure to watch the video in full as we have included a sneak peek of 2011 with Jay Electronica, Bun-B, Brother Ali, and Pharoahe Monch.
Thank you very much for you love and support.
Happy New Year and Best Wishes from The Come Up Show Team.

I've bumped into Spek Won a few times in Toronto, he's good friends with artists I've already interviewed before like Wolf J and KJ. We did a quick interview at Manifesto (coming soon) when he went on stage everyone was asking "Yo who is this guy?". He is definitely an artist to look out for.
A perfect way to get into Spek Won is to download the full mix album Preemo Donna for free on Bandcamp.
If you just want this single-> Download: Spek Won - 2nd Chances
WolF J McFarlane teams up with The Ha to film the official music video to RE'GrizZ (Grizzly Bears Panda remix).
The "RE'GrizZ" DUB is a re-make of "Grizzly Bear Panda" song off my UpSideDownDay Tapemix. WolF J hooks up with Japanese producer Cubesato (Satoshi Yoshitake) to drop the remix to “Grizzly Bears Panda” (originally off the UpsideDownDay TapeMix). The Beat is from "Le Petit Prince". His music is also available on iTunes.
